The minor in Applied Meteorology introduces the student with an interest in weather to the intriguing world of meteorology. The minor requires nine hours of WX coursework in addition to WX 201 and WX 301, for a total of 15 credit hours. Six hours of these classes must be higher numbered classes than WX 301.
