Campus Transfer of Students
Eligibility
Students seeking to permanently transfer between the Daytona Beach, Prescott, and Worldwide campuses must:
- Be classified as a continuing student under current university policies.
- Be in good academic standing, not on suspension or dismissal status
- Be in good financial standing, with no outstanding balances or holds.
- Ensure that the receiving campus offers the intended degree program and course modality.
Students enrolled in flight training or in programs with specialized accreditation must meet additional program-specific requirements. Individual flight courses must be completed at the campus where they were started.
Procedures
To initiate a campus transfer, students must contact the Office of Admissions with the division to which they wish to transfer.
Deadlines
Transfer requests should be submitted no later than 45 calendar days before the start of the semester or term at the receiving campus. All final grades for the current term must be posted prior to the transfer.
Credit and Records
Previously awarded transfer credits from outside institutions will remain valid and will be applied to the new academic program, if applicable.
