Undergraduate Students Taking Graduate Courses

Residential campus undergraduate students who are not enrolled in a combined program may take selected Embry-Riddle graduate courses (500- and 600-level) up to six credit hours, only through the registration petition process. The registration requires approval from the student’s academic advisor and the relevant graduate program coordinator. Students must have earned at least 75 credit hours toward their undergraduate degree, satisfy the residency requirement, and have at least a 3.00 CGPA to qualify for enrollment in graduate courses while an undergraduate. Graduate credits earned outside a combined program may not be applied to a future graduate degree unless approved in advance through the registration petition process.
