Study Abroad

The Study Abroad & Global Engagement (SAGE) office administers Embry-Riddle’s study abroad, international exchange, and related off-campus academic experiences. These programs are designed to provide students with opportunities for academic study in international and domestic locations that meet Embry-Riddle’s rigorous academic standards. 

Study abroad opportunities may include short-term faculty-led programs, exchange programs, and other approved global engagement experiences. Program formats may vary in length and structure. Courses and credits are reviewed and approved by Embry-Riddle in accordance with University academic requirements.  

Participation is generally open to undergraduate and graduate students in good academic standing who meet established eligibility requirements. Academic standards, credit applicability, and student learning expectations are determined by the University. 

SAGE also offers domestic experiential programs through Study America, which include curricular learning experiences within the United States.
