Minor in Astronomy and Astrophysics

The Astronomy and Astrophysics minor introduces students to the fundamental principles that govern the universe, from the behavior of matter and energy to the structure and evolution of celestial bodies. Students develop a strong scientific foundation through a combination of physics, observational techniques and hands-on laboratory experience.

Some majors may not be eligible to pair with this minor. See the Minor Restrictions list for details.
