Minor in Cybersecurity Engineering
The minor in Cybersecurity Engineering is open to all majors. Students in this program will be learning the fundamentals of engineering cybersecurity to defend a range of computer systems. The acquired knowledge can be used to enhance the security of computer-based systems, including aviation and aerospace systems, as well as general-purpose infrastructure and systems. The minor recognizes the need to introduce students to both the defense and offensive aspects of cybersecurity, as these skills are needed in both industry and government.
Some majors may not be eligible to pair with this minor. See the Minor Restrictions list for details.
