B.S. in Global Conflict Studies

a world map made up of people

Through the examination of real-world case studies, historical perspectives and faculty expertise, the B.S. in Global Conflict Studies teaches analytical and research skills essential for influencing the resolution of conflicts. The program provides a deep understanding of methodologies, technologies and political processes aimed at preventing conflicts. Students examine the histories and interactions of major global regions, gaining insights into the complexities of international dynamics.

Additionally, students explore contemporary global security challenges and theoretical frameworks for conflict management, equipping them to effectively navigate today’s multifaceted conflicts.

Study abroad opportunities, language acquisition and cross-cultural internships provide a unique learning experience. Students gain a competitive edge in the marketplace with the addition of bilingual or multilingual skills in strategic languages.

Students can also pursue two of Embry-Riddle's many minors, including:

  • Arabic Studies
