Minor in Defense Studies
The Defense Studies minor provides students with a foundational understanding of military structure, leadership and national security. Through coursework aligned with Air Force or Army ROTC programs, students develop skills in leadership, communication and strategic thinking. This minor complements a wide range of majors by preparing students for careers in military service, government and security-related fields.
Some majors may not be eligible to pair with this minor. See the Minor Restrictions list for details.
