B.S. in Software Engineering to M.S. in Aerospace Business Analytics
This program allows exceptional students to complete the Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering (BSSE) and Master of Science in Aerospace Business Analytics (MSAEBUAN) degrees at the Daytona Beach campus.
The Bachelor of Science degree will be conferred upon completing the undergraduate requirements, and students will be enrolled in the graduate degree. In any graduate course taken by an undergraduate student, a grade of “B” or better must be earned. These credits will count toward the undergraduate and graduate degree requirements, provided the student maintains enrollment in the combined program and receives a "B" or better in the courses.
If the student chooses to leave the program before the completion of the graduate program and has acquired the minimal hours required for graduation with the B.S. in Software Engineering, any graduate transition courses used to meet graduation requirements will be noted as undergraduate courses for the purpose of graduation.
Approved Courses for the Combined Program
Students enrolled in the combined option must consult their academic advisor and the Master's program coordinator to determine appropriate course selection. This program does not require any courses in Business Administration to be completed prior to application. Students will take up to nine hours of SCLM 511, ECON 523, and/or BUAN 530 in place of the third and/or fourth-year specified electives listed in the program.
